The Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management Board (R-Board) and Stafford County Public Schools are pleased to announce the 2nd Annual “Get Rid of Litter Recycled Art Contest,” held at Colonial Forge High School during the Stafford County Fine Arts Festival on the weekend of April 12th and 13th. A total of 118 art projects were submitted by students from 22 public schools in Stafford, and these were evaluated by a panel of three judges on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

Attendees of the art festival also had the opportunity to participate in selecting a Community Choice Award for each of the four grade levels. Prizes were awarded for first, second, and third place in each category, along with the Community Choice Award. The winners are as follows:

Elementary (K-2)
