Stellar Industries, Inc. announces the addition of Karl Bauer as Manufacturing Manager. 聽Bauer brings 23 years of industry experience in the hydraulic truck equipment manufacturing realm.聽
Bauer previously served as a chief engineer charged with sustaining engineering operations, including engineering change records, production support, and all service, parts and maintenance manuals. 聽聽He has experience collaboratively working with multiple departments on a daily basis.聽
In his role, Bauer will assess, formulate, and implement processes that will deal with current production obstacles at all of the Stellar locations. 聽He will be responsible for expansion coordination, be the project lead for process and systems improvements, and assist other departments with projects throughout all the facilities.

Bauer attended NDSU and studied Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering. 聽He is a certified hydraulic specialist, has non-destructive testing certification, and is named as a co-inventor on 5 US Patents. 聽Bauer resides in Garner and has two grown daughters. 聽He enjoys working in his garage, building and repairing things. 聽He is active in the community having served two terms on the Garner City Council as a councilman, and seven years as Mayor Pro-Tem. 聽He continues to be a key organizer for the annual Duesey Days car show where he鈥檚 helped the previous 16 years.
