Throughout his career, Mr. Shaw held executive roles in businesses ranging from oil and gas, energy, industrial manufacturing, industrial gases, and consumer products and services. He has held financial and operating executive roles in both public and private companies, and was most recently CFO of Southwest Oilfield Products, a privately-held oilfield equipment manufacturer. Prior to Southwest, he was Treasurer at Transocean and at Air Liquide. His experience covers treasury, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, operational finance, risk management as well as mergers and acquisitions.
