Hoffman Sanitation Services, owned and operated by Stewart Hoffman, has acquired Ennis Sanitation Company, a waste service provider based in Coalgate, Oklahoma.聽 This strategic move marks Hoffmans鈥� third acquisition of 2025 and its ninth overall.
Ennis Sanitation Company has served Oklahoma communities, including Coal, Atoka and Pittsburg counties, for more than 10 years.聽 Mark and Sandra Ennis own and operate the company with residential and commercial customers including polycart and dumpster accounts.聽 鈥淲e are proud of what we have built at Ennis Sanitation Company and grateful for our success possible.聽 Partnering with Hoffman Sanitation is the next step forward, as they bring the resources that will let our customers see services with more quality and growth.聽 We are confident this partnership will benefit the communities we serve鈥� Ennis said.
