Hoffman Sanitation Services, owned and operated by Stewart Hoffman, has acquired Outer City Limits Sanitation, a waste service provider based in Lone Grove, Oklahoma.聽 This strategic move marks Hoffmans鈥� second acquisition of 2025 and its eighth overall.
OCLS has served Oklahoma communities, including Carter, Love, Jefferson, Johnston and Murray counties, for more than 10 years.聽 Julie and Chris Gragg own and operate the company with approximately 4,000 residential and commercial customers including polycart, frontload and rolloff accounts.聽 鈥淲e are proud of what we have built at Outer City Limit Sanitation and grateful to the employees and customers who made our success possible.聽 Partnering with Hoffman Sanitation is the right step forward, as they bring the resources and vision to take the company to the next level.聽 We are confident this transition will benefit our people, our customers and the future of our business鈥� Gragg said.
