Dominick P. Zarcone鈥檚 previously-announced promotion to President and Chief Executive Officer of聽LKQ Corporation聽became effective as of聽May 31, 2017.聽聽Robert L. Wagman, the Company鈥檚 President and Chief Executive Officer from聽January 2012聽until聽May 2017, became a part-time employee of the Company serving as Executive Strategic Advisor primarily relating to mergers and acquisitions.
