from Job ListingPosition Summary: The Outside Parts & Service Sales Representative is responsible for selling OEM and aftermarket parts, as well as service programs, within the Tampa Bay Florida regional territory. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships with fleet operators, municipalities, and private contractors, driving parts and service revenue, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Position will include a competitive base salary plus commission. Key Responsibilities: *Identify new sales opportunities and grow revenue with existing customers. *Promote parts, preventative maintenance, and service solutions tailored to refuse and cement mixer trucks. *Consistently achieve sales goals and profitability targets for the assigned territory. *Build partnerships with fleet managers, shop supervisors, and procurement teams. *Serve as the primary contact for technical guidance, service scheduling, and parts recommendations. *Manage accounts and conduct on-site visits within their designated regional territory (30–40% travel). *Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and site visits to promote company offerings and support customer needs. *Maintain up-to-date knowledge of refuse and cement mixer components, including hydraulics and electrical systems. *Understand OEM specifications and aftermarket options to provide cost-effective solutions. *Partner with internal service departments to coordinate repairs, field services, and warranty claims. *Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and call logs using CRM systems. *Provide market insights and competitive feedback to management.
