MetalX, a leader in aluminum recycling and processing, announced a series of strategic leadership appointments to strengthen its executive team and support the company鈥檚 ongoing growth and vision. Neal Rifkin, co-founder of MetalX, will maintain his role as President. Neal co-founded the company with his late father, Danny Rifkin, whose vision, passion, and commitment to integrity continue to serve as the foundation of MetalX鈥檚 values and culture.
Stan Gish will transition into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With a strong track record of leadership and strategic insight, Gish will guide MetalX鈥檚 long-term growth, market development, and industry positioning. Before joining MetalX, Gish spent over 30 years in various technical and operational roles at Logan Aluminum and Tri-Arrows Aluminum.
Doug Forbes has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Forbes will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure MetalX maintains operational efficiency, continues growth in production capacity and team alignment across all business units.
