The City of Springfield has begun its tours for residents interested in learning about the Noble Hill Landfill. 聽The city says the tours are educational, and shows people where their waste goes, and how much goes into running a landfill. Tour goers loaded up at the Environmental Resource Center and were bussed to the landfill.
