Vecoplan, LLC, a worldwide leader in shredding, recycling and waste processing technologies, has promoted Misty Turner to the position of Assistant Service Manager. Part of the company鈥檚 commitment to providing service excellence, Turner is now the go-to-gal for all things service. Responsibilities of her new position include connecting customers and field technicians with Vecoplan鈥檚 internal troubleshooting service technicians, via the phone and internet. She will also oversee the organization and scheduling of Vecoplan鈥檚 network of certified service personnel throughout North America. Ensuring that the right service people are where they need to be, when they need to be, with the right parts, to get all maintenance and service issues handled in a timely and professional manner.
Turner joined Vecoplan in March 2012 as a Service Administrator. She brings 10 years of Management and Service experience to her new job, including three years as Accounts Receivable Manager at HEP Direct and four years in Customer Service with Furniture USA. 鈥淣aturally up-beat, Misty is self motivated and has the organizational skills needed to get the job done right the first time.
