The National Stewardship Action Council congratulates聽Zoe Heller on her confirmation as Director of the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle). With more than two decades of leadership in waste reduction and management 鈥攊ncluding over ten years at the U.S. EPA and key roles within CalRecycle鈥擠irector Heller brings the temperament, experience, vision, and integrity California needs to lead on circular economy policy and implementation.
