Reyco Granning has announced the hiring of Rex Cearlock, Program Launch Manager, and David (Dave) Handley, Sr. Quality Engineer, as part of on-going efforts to enhance the customer experience. 鈥淔or the past 11 months, my team and I have focused on assessing what our customers encounter when doing business with Reyco Granning,鈥� said President, John Stuart. 鈥淒uring this process we quickly identified two key areas in which we had an opportunity to strengthen our organization and fortify Reyco鈥檚 reputation for developing quality products and customized solutions for customers; product development and quality management.鈥�
As the new Program Launch Manager, Cearlock will draw on his 20+ years鈥� experience in product development and program management to enhance the product development process and reduce time-to-market for all Reyco鈥檚 new product launches. 鈥淭o achieve a more robust process at Reyco Granning, we needed to hire someone who understands that TQM is at the heart of product development,鈥� said Raoul Steenekamp, VP of Engineering. 鈥淩ex has a proven track record keeping the 鈥淰oice of the Customer鈥� at the center of all product development processes. In addition, his experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt provides a common framework with quality and manufacturing with which to ensure products are developed in a systematic, repeatable, and scalable fashion.鈥�
Handley brings more than 35 years鈥� experience in manufacturing to Reyco Granning鈥檚 Quality Department. 聽Throughout his career, Handley has been responsible for leading problem solving and process improvement efforts within Quality and Operations Management. 鈥淒avid has served as a Quality and Operations leader for a number of companies including a Tier 1 supplier to the automotive industry. His quality, manufacturing and leadership skills are a great addition to Reyco Granning,鈥� said Ramin Zarribi, VP of Manufacturing.
