Ritz Safety LLC, an industrial safety supply distributor headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, has purchased the assets and business of Safety Source Incorporated, based in Mobile, AL. Safety Source Inc.鈥檚 operations include two sales and distribution centers providing industry-leading safety solutions, products and services. Safety Source Inc. is a regional leader in the industrial safety supplies industry, with a rich history of serving the Gulf Coast for over 20 years. Ritz Safety鈥檚 purchase of Safety Source Inc. will continue to position the combined organization as a local, regional, and national supplier to the industrial, agriculture, construction, mining, manufacturing, service, waste, oil and gas, ship building, and other industries who are looking for assistance and consistency in keeping their employees safe. The two Safety Source Inc. facilities will continue to operate under the Safety Source name during the transition. The acquisition brings the total number of Ritz Safety sales and distribution centers to eight.
