San Antonio is ushering in a new era of recycling with the launch of the “We Can” challenge, a monthlong citywide initiative aimed at encouraging residents, schools, and businesses to improve recycling and waste reduction practices. The effort, led by Madison Elementary and Monterrey Metal Recycling Solutions, coincides with the newly declared San Antonio Recycles Day on Nov. 8.
