Thompson Fabrication, a leading manufacturer and distributor of waste equipment containers, announces the acquisition of Midwest Dakota Dumpsters (MDD). Founded in 2022 and based in Castlewood, South Dakota. MDD is a premier manufacturer of waste containers, serving waste and hauling companies across the Midwest. The transaction was closed on October 1, 2025, marking a significant step in Thompson Fabrication’s strategic growth plan in the waste equipment sector.
