Matt Osborne was recently appointed Director of Customer Relations at聽Vecoplan, LLC. In his new position, Osborne is charged with reengaging older聽customers in dialogue to determine, develop and implement best practices for聽all interactions between Vecoplan staff and the people they serve. 聽His initial focus will be the expansion of Vecoplan鈥檚 factory certified聽parts program, through the evolution of their 鈥渃onstant improvements in聽service initiative鈥�. The plan depends on absolute quality of information聽communicated, product accuracy, cost competiveness, and timely delivery.聽Acting as a liaison, Osborne will facilitate communication and cooperation聽between Vecoplan customers and Vecoplan鈥檚 parts and service team. He will聽begin by reaching out to Vecoplan customers that have not been heard from in聽a while.
Osborne initiated the highly successful Vecoplan-Roadshow in his former role聽as a Regional Sales Manager in Vecoplan鈥檚 Mobile Division. During this time聽he demonstrated a natural talent for listening to end users of Vecoplan聽machinery, gleaning insights and implementing programs to increase customer聽satisfaction.
Prior to joining Vecoplan, Osborne was City Manager at DR Horton, America鈥檚聽largest new homebuilder, in Greensboro NC. Where he managed day-to-day聽operations, coordinating the activities of sales, construction, customer聽service, acquisitions, and administration. He also brings 颅颅颅颅11 years of聽sales experience to his new position.
